Solo 200-2050 2 oz. White Paper Souffle / Portion Cup 5000/CS

I love that you can buy these in packs of 250 rather a whole case. The 2 oz souffle cups are twice the size of fast food ketchup cups, and I use them for baking mini cheesecake cupcakes. I also like that they are not lined in wax, which is hard to find. They are sturdy and hold up to my gooey cheesecake cupcake recipes! You can also bake 36 or so on a cookie sheet at once because they are freestanding, which takes up less space in your oven.

Our church has an annual Chocolate Festival. We have used 15,000 of these in the last three years. Wonderful! You can fill a tray with, say, truffles in each cup, then after wrapping in plastic, stack the trays because the cups are so sturdy! We can also predict in advance how many "bites" we have by counting out the cups! And parishioners make their own treats at home using the cups so we don't have to do the work at the festival! LOVE LOVE LOVE these cups!
