This Sirman pasta tray is a great addition to your pasta making process. It is especially useful when creating fresh pasta with your Sirman pasta machine. It allows you to easily store and transport your fresh pasta. This tray features a perforated bottom and walls to help dry the pasta, and it has an ample 12 liter capacity. It is constructed of high-density polyethylene, and it is rated to be safe for food contact. Multiple trays (sold separately) can be stacked together for compact storage.
