It has both a narrow and wide cutter to easily cut sheets into the desired pasta shape, and a roller thickness knob with 9 different settings to select sheet width. It is activated by a simple on/off switch for easy operation. For safe use, it includes a cover frame, a cutter and roller cover, and a motor cover. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
