This Shortening Shuttle® SS-914W Simplicity series 95 lb. waste oil transport container with a pump provides a simple, safe, and sanitary solution to dispose of used waste oil from your commercial fryer! With a 95 lb. or 12.5 gallon capacity, this unit helps safely transport used shortening. Not only does it make transporting oil easier, since it has a hinged cover it also reduces the likelihood of dangerous splashes and spills that can cause accidents.
Designed to work with any fryer, this model has a high temperature manual pump. The pump makes it easier to fill and empty the waste oil container. It only takes about 3 minutes of pumping to empty the tank. The 2-wheel design and heavy-duty, 1/10" welded aluminum frame make rolling the unit from place-to-place easy, and its blue polyurethane handles make maneuvering it comfortable. This model is made to fit under fryer oil drains that are at least 11" above the floor.
