This vanilla is standard, run of the mill, imitation vanilla. Works fine for baking, but there must have been some confusion at the warehouse, because we were once sent a gallon of "egg yellow shade" instead of vanilla. Overall, we're fairly happy with the product.

Not bad vanilla. I bought this blind, since there were no reviews. I've used these in my cakes and have yet to be dissapointed. It's not the strongest, but it's imitation, not pure. Just add more than needed and you'll be fine.
