Perfect for front-of-house use, the Server FSPW-SS 81140 Supreme 3 qt. hot topping warmer / merchandiser offers an attractive way to merchandise, hold, and dispense a variety of sauces. Its stainless steel body accommodates a #10 can, from which the unit directly dispenses product.

Built into the warmer, the Portion Optimization feature helps reduce food waste and increase portion control. It ensures that up to 1 oz. of product is dispensed with each pump; this portion is easily adjustable in 1/8 oz. increments.

To keep the sauce or topping warm and easy to serve, a thermostat monitors the temperature and maintains even heat. This helps prevent burning or scorching, delivering product with the perfect, melted consistency. The lid even helps retain moisture so that product doesn't dry out.

A set of 3 magnets come standard to help identify and merchandise the product. They cling to the front panel of the unit and display various product options: hot fudge, caramel, and cheese sauce. The warmer is great for each of these foods, making it ideal for concession stands, snack bars, cafeterias, buffets, ice cream shops, and many other food service venues. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
