Server Products 87740 Details

The Server ConserveWell heated dipper well features (2) 1/9 size, 4" deep food pans for placing used ice cream spades, non-gel-filled dishers, and other utensils with plastic handles. Simply fill the pans with 3 cups of warm water from the tap, and submerge the utensils after use. The well heats the water to above 140 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping utensils out of the danger zone where bacteria thrive. In comparison to continual-flow wells, this one can save up to 250,000 gallons of water per year by not perpetually feeding water in and flushing it out.

This particular dipper well mounts to a wall or another sturdy vertical surface using key slot mounting brackets. The brackets make it easy to remove and reattach for cleaning. Whether used at an ice cream parlor or other food service operation, the ConserveWell is a convenient, easy-to-use, and eco-friendly way to store utensils between uses. It features 400 watts of power, and a 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
