This pump is designed to dispense from a 3.5 qt. standard fountain jar (sold separately), this pump is perfect in a countertop serving station or in the back of the house. It's ideal for dispensing thick toppings like caramel, fudge, or marshmallow cream, and even thicker, particle-containing toppings. Thanks to the large lever-action handle with a rubberized grip, this pump greatly reduces required pumping force to achieve greater speed and efficiency.

To accommodate a variety of different products, this pump features gauging collars that allow you to adjust portion size in 0.125 oz. increments up to a maximum portion of 1 oz. per pump. The pump's stainless steel body is sleek, durable, and easy to clean, ensuring sanitary, long-lasting use in your establishment. The included stainless steel lid also helps keep products fresh and sanitary, while the brushed finish helps conceal fingerprints to keep your station looking sharp. This pump includes a lid lock (80976) that needs to be in place when securing the pump to a compatible fountain jar (sold separately). Additionally, when using the pump in Server non-insulated stations, the p/n 100001 support brace is required to prevent the jar from tipping while dispensing.
