How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick. Additionally, metal utensils and abrasive cleaners should not be used with non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching and damaging the coated surface.

For the perfect consistency, the temperature is adjustable and the internal automatic timer indicates when the waffles are done cooking. The unit itself is designed with non-stick, aluminum-coated baking plates, so the waffles easily release, and the baker is ready for the next round of batter. Plus, the plates are housed within a stainless steel casing for longevity and durability in a commercial environment.
This baker comes with a stainless steel drip tray to save time on cleanup at the end of the day. It features height-adjustable feet, allowing it to fit in to any type of space. To ensure the batter distributes evenly while cooking, the unit can rotate 180 degrees. A 110V, 1500W electrical connection is required for operation.
