Good unit for low volume kitchens. Would not recommend for anyone doing serious slicing volume. But if you are carving Turkey or ham once or twice a day. Great Unit.

Absolutely excellent (except the pusher part that touches the food does not come off for cleaning). Other than that this thing has saved us TONS of money. We slice all of our tomatoes, onions, green peppers, chicken breast, ham, turkey etc. on this machine. Nice uniform cuts, always perfect. I'd buy again in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong.
