The Schwank 4002-CB patio heater provides comfort that customers can feel, allowing patrons to enjoy a longer night out. Depending on climate and breeze conditions, the patio Schwank 4000 Series will provide comfort to your patrons up to a twenty foot diameter area. This deluxe commercial model comes with a hammered powder coat finish, making it ideal for outdoor use. This patio heater also comes with adjustable heat intensity to suit conditions and avoid waste. The Schwank 4002-CB patio heater is able to house a 20 or 30 lb tank of LP gas (not included). 4" diameter wheels allow for easy portability, and the wheels may be folded-up for easy storage. Dimensions: 89 3/4" x 32 1/4".There is also a 1 year replacement warranty on the Schwank 4002 and 2 year replacement warranty on the burner and mantle.
