For added protection, install this Haws SP157A scald-protection bleed valve in one of your compatible Haws emergency showers or eye / face wash stations. It is designed to open when water temperatures reach 98 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Additionally, it closes when water temperatures return to 95 degrees Fahrenheit or lower.

This bleed valve automatically protects users from scalding hot water. This unit is equipped with a 1/2" NPT inlet and outlet. It is compatible with most Haws showers and eye / face wash stations.
