This unit comes equipped with a 23-28 RPM motor. It features spring-loaded scrapers to remove any buildup from the surface of the kettle. It also boasts a breaker bar for enhanced mixing action. A slot is included so you can conveniently store a digital thermometer (sold separately). For added protection, the safety switch allows operation only when the unit is level. This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase connection for operation.
