The condiment center's jars come with individual spoons and transparent notched lids to protect your toppings from spills and contaminants. Ice liners and EZ Chill ice packets in each of the center's pump boxes help keep your condiments cool in any location. Each Ultra pump dispenses 1 oz. servings with each push. Condiment ID labels are also included, to provide instant product recognition. The San Jamar P9825 self service condiment holder measures 26 1/8"W x 12"D x 14 3/4"H.

What types of condiments can I use with this pump?
According to the manufacturer, this pump will handle standard condiments like ketchup and mustard, but it is not recommended for dispensing condiments that contain thick chunks, like salsa. Condiments that contain seeds and chunks of peppercorn are also not recommended, as the seeds can cause the pump to jam.
