Each Ultra pump dispenses 1 oz. servings with each push. The condiment center's jars come with individual spoons and transparent notched lids to protect your toppings from spills and contaminants. The San Jamar P9724 self service condiment holder measures 22 1/2"W x 12 1/8"D x 14"H.

What types of condiments can I use with this pump?
According to the manufacturer, this pump will handle standard condiments like ketchup and mustard, but it is not recommended for dispensing condiments that contain thick chunks, like salsa. Condiments that contain seeds and chunks of peppercorn are also not recommended, as the seeds can cause the pump to jam.
