The San Jamar P9723 topping bar comes with two, 2 1/2 qt. jars with Ultra pumps for liquid ingredients like chocolate syrup, and three, 2 1/2 qt. jars with ladles for thicker toppings, candy bits, or cookie crumbles. Ultra pumps dispense 1 oz. portions per stroke, to help control serving size. The San Jamar P9723 ice cream topping bar is made of durable, 22 gauge 304 series stainless steel. It measures 22 1/2"W x 12 1/8"D x 12 1/2"H.

    This is a perfect ice cream bar! We keep chocolate and strawberry syrup in the pumps and crushed oreos, rainbow sprinkles, and m&m's in the three topping containers. Easy to clean!

    This item is such a time saver for our ice cream counter. Toppings are easy to dispense and the unit is easy to load and clean.
