This condiment center's notched flex lid system accommodates ladles and spoons and also allows the lids to be closed, partially open, fully open, and even removed for heavy traffic during busy hours. The FP8245NL is made of 22 gauge type 304 stainless steel, and it comes with (4) 1/6 food pans with notched flex lids, (4) EZ-Chill Packs, and (1) ice liner.
