Protect your countertops and prevent cross-contamination with the San Jamar CBQGF1218 18" x 12" x 1/2" black QuadGrip™ frame. Consisting of a frame and 2 thin, color-coded cutting boards that are attachable to each side of the frame, the San Jamar QuadGrip™ cutting board system allows you to use, discard, and replace the color-coded cutting boards, while continuing to utilize the high-quality frame. This black frame is made for use with the San Jamar 18" x 12" x 1/8" QuadGrip™ cutting board (sold separately). This revolutionary system helps cut down on replacement costs and allows you to have multiple cutting surfaces that are simple to swap out. Additional color-coded boards (sold separately) are available to help monitor safe preparation of different types of food. To prevent cross-contamination, HACCP color-coded boards are available in the following colors: red (raw meat), white (baked goods), yellow (poultry), green (produce), blue (seafood), brown (cooked meat), and purple (allergens).

Thanks to the double food safety hooks on this frame, you can easily carry it around the kitchen without fear of contamination from hands or clothing, and at the end of the night you can hang it in a designated area for safe drying and storage. Plus this frame is durable and nonslip which keeps the board in place for increased safety. Together this sturdy, rubber frame and the durable co-polymer cutting boards (sold separately) provide superior heat-, chemical-, and warp- resistance in commercial dishwashers.
