Because this bar size San Jamar CBG6938GN green Saf-T-Grip 6" x 9" cutting board is available in five different HACCP colors, it helps prevent cross-contamination. Its patented Food Safety Hook ensures sanitary carrying, preventing body or apparel contact. The board hangs on wire shelving for safe drying and storage.

This San Jamar CBG6938GN Saf-T-Grip cutting board is constructed of a durable co- polymer that provides superior heat, chemical and warp resistance in commercial dishwashers. Its tough surface won't dull knives and prevents unsafe cut-grooving where dirt and bacteria can hide. This special board also features non-slip grips on the corners, so it won't slide around as you're cutting. Overall dimensions are 6" x 9" x 3/8"D. NSF Listed.

    Awesome cutting boards. Grip bottoms so they don't slip and slide around the table. We use these in the bar to cut lemons, limes, etc. Great product and great price.

    I love this little cutting board! It is my go-to guy for those small jobs around the kitchen, like slicing lemons, limes, tomatoes etc. I especially enjoy the little grip thingys that keep it from sliding around.

    This is worth every penny. They are festively colored and are perfect for table side demonstrations and our show bread cuttings that we provide. The never slip nor slide. The hook comes in handy for our showmens cart, quick and easy. Great addition to our success.

    These cutting boards are a little pricier but definitely worth the cost. This little guy is the perfect solution for our FOH staff to cut lemons behind the counter and stay out of the BOH staff's way.
