Use the 3/8" slicing disc with the 3/8" dicing grid to prepare tomatoes, peppers, and onions for your signature salsa. The 1/8" grating disc is perfect for making shredded cheese to use in your queso dips, enchiladas, burritos, and tacos. This convenient kit has everything you need to process the ingredients that make your dishes stand out!
