The top of this desk is made from 5/8" thick MDF with a beige fire-, chemical-, and impact-resistant thermoplastic laminate, and a pencil groove provides easy and convenient storage for pencils and pens on 3 sides of the desk.

The frame is made from black powder-coated steel that's sure to stand up to even busy classrooms, and an undershelf gives students a place to keep books and extra school supplies. The height can be easily adjusted by a teacher or other adult in 1 1/4" increments from 26" to 42", giving you the flexibility to reconfigure desks as needed and to make each student comfortable. It also features a patented foot rest / fidget bar that swings back and forth silently, encouraging students to expend excess energy in a non-distracting way.
