A 26 gallon, leak-proof rigid plastic liner plus folding retainer bands secure can liners out of sight, and the convenient lift off top makes maintenance quick and easy. This round recycling receptacle has a opening designed to accept paper, with factory applied "Newspaper" and recycling logos.
