The Rubbermaid 9G58 ProSave Safety Storage Bin is perfect for smaller quantities of ingredients. It is built for improved safety and productivity with a new Patent-pending lid design that provides access to ingredients while the bin is stacked, on a shelf, or under a prep table. The lid design also allows for one-handed access to ingredients while bins are stacked. Clear windows and ingredient labels allow for easy identification of contents. An integrated 2 cup safety portioning scoop and hook provides dedicated scoop storage for safe ingredient portioning. This design assists in complying with FDA Food Code 3- 304.12. A FIFO (First In, First Out) barrier aids in proper rotation of ingredients. NSF. 200 cup capacity. Dimensions: 23.5"L x 19.2"W x 16.85"H

Do these open to pour new product in while stacked?
Yes, you can pour ingredients in while it is stacked. The lid design is pretty unique for these bins. The lid can slide up to open (which would not work stacked) or it can also slide down to open (which works great).
