The Rubbermaid 9G51 safety scoop combines safer food handling and accurate portioning. The anti-roll design prevents the handle from coming in contact with food, reducing cross contamination. The unique flat front provides access to corners and the bottom of the pan. Clear polycarbonate construction allows for use in cold or hot environments (-40 F to 212 F). This scoop features measurement markings in cups, ounces, and milliliters. You can portion food and liquids quickly and accurately using the visible markings molded into the scoop. This allows it to function as both a scoop and a measuring cup. This Rubbermaid 9G51 scoop is commercial dishwasher safe and NSF approved. This scoop has a 2 Cup / 16 oz capacity.
