Additionally, you can heat to 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit and use it to create ganache-dipped pastries or for drizzling atop desserts.

This pre-made icing is ready to use and does not require you to mix any ingredients prior to use. With no preparation required, this icing is perfect for bulk and last minute orders and reduces the possibility of human error happening when making your own recipe, allowing your staff to devote more time to decorating your baked goods! The icing can be stored at room temperature and should not be stored above 80 degrees Fahrenheit or below -10 degrees Fahrenheit. For optimal spreadability, use between 68 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit and stir prior to use to ensure a smooth, consistent texture. For dipping and drizzling, heat icing to 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
