This 14" slicing knife from RH Forschner features a granton- edge, high-carbon, stainless steel blade with a reliable edge for smooth even slicing. The granton edge is used to break suction, allowing smooth even slicing. This knife will not discolor or corrode, plus, it is NSF listed and has a black, Fibrox handle.
