This 10" granton-edge, scimitar knife from RH Forschner features a curved and pointed, high- carbon, stainless steel blade with a reliable edge for smooth even slicing. The granton edge is used to break suction, allowing smooth even slicing. This knife will not discolor or corrode, plus, it has a black, Fibrox handle and is NSF listed. This product has a Fibrox handle that is NSF listed and is also known as a "Cimeter" knife
