This premium grade, Regal Fine Ground White Pepper is 100% pure and comes from only the best peppercorns. White pepper, like black, is the berry of the pepper vine. Picked ripe and hulled, the berry turns white when dried. Fine ground white pepper has a more refined flavor and a sharp, penetrating aroma with a hot, pungent taste. However, it has a milder, more delicate flavor than black pepper.

White pepper is primarily used when flakes of black pepper would be detrimental to the appearance of the dish. Lightly colored foods, such as mashed potatoes, fish and cauliflower, and creamy sauces and soups are ideal dishes to use white pepper in.

    Good Value. The product is just as good as any other I have used but is much cheaper.
