Celery taste without the celery

Regal Celery Seeds taste similar to table celery with their warm, slightly bitter, aromatic flavor. They are useful for adding celery flavor to foods when the "crunch" of celery is not desired.

Celery seeds are used in pickling, vegetables, salad dressings, breads, soups, and tomato items. The celery seeds are very small (about 1/16th of an inch), ovoid and light brown. They are sold by the 5lb container.
