The perfect addition to any bakery, sandwich shop, and more, the Toastmaster 9451-HP34CDN full size insulated holding / proofing cabinet delivers the powerful heat and humidity needed so you can produce the best breads and other foods possible! This aluminum full size holding / proofing cabinet is equipped to hold thirty-four 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or sixty-eight 18" x 13" half size sheet pans for maximum storage capacity and versatility. It features 1500 watts of heating power to quickly provide temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, while full insulation allows for superior temperature retention and faster recovery.
The 9451-HP34CDN proofing cabinet comes with a two-way toggle switch that allows you to quickly change between "Heat" and "Proof" modes. A conveniently removable console contains an air blower that evenly distributes heat throughout the cabinet, while a stainless steel water reservoir ensures there is a constant source of humidity to keep your food at the perfect tenderness. Heat and humidity are separately adjustable via two bottom-mounted mechanical controls to allow for precise customization.
This model comes with a crystal clear polycarbonate door for perfect product visibility while four 5" swivel casters with brakes enable easy movement and prevent unsightly floor marks and scratches.
