This cutting frame is compatible with the Pavoni CHITARRA single guitar candy slicer and BCD/I double guitar candy slicer. It creates 1 13/16" thick, linear cuts of candies, ganaches, and other sweet confections. It provides consistent, precise slicing to ensure uniform portions every time. This cutting frame is simple to remove for easy cleaning and to swap it out with other frames. It is compatible with additional cutting frames (sold separately) for use on double guitar candy slicers, allowing you to create multiple cuts in only one motion.
