It features a convenient divider between the two hot dog trays so that you can easily separate different sizes of hot dogs or even separate hot dogs from sausages. The split design also helps to streamline heat and humidity controls and provides even heat distribution. For added visibility, an attractive graphic and the tempered glass front drop-down door and rear panel allows it to be used on a front counter to boost impulse purchases! The tempered glass also increases food safety by avoiding open air contamination.

An adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 85-175 degrees Fahrenheit allows you to cook hot dogs in 15-45 minutes, and then adjust the temperature down to keep product hot for hungry guests. The water reservoir not only produces enough steam to help keep your hot dogs plump and juicy, but also boasts an 8 qt. capacity to eliminate constant refills! It is backed by an LED indicator that alerts you when water is running low, as well as an automatic shutoff if the water dips below a minimum level to prevent damage to the machine. A sliding water fill slot lets you fill the unit while it is in operation if necessary. And since it comes with a quick turn water release ball valve you can let excess water runoff into a sink or other disposal area when you're done using it.

To help ensure long lasting performance and easy cleaning, this hot dog steamer and dispenser has a rugged all stainless steel construction and removable components including a drip tray, the product trays, and drop-down doors that can be cleaned in a dishwasher! The drip tray helps to keep the reservoir in pristine, clean condition. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
