This Nu-Calgon 4211-34 IMS-III sanitizer concentrate is a great way to sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed non-porous food contact surfaces! It effectively controls slime build-up, prevents bacteria, mold, and mildew growth, and eliminates odors, making it an ideal solution for ice machines. However, this versatile sanitizer can also be used for general sanitizing, ice cream dispensers, and other food dispensing equipment too. The 16 oz. bottle is labeled with 1.6 ounce markings to make diluting it to the correct ratio simple.

Application is easy to do. Prior to sanitizing hard, non-porous food contact surfaces, surfaces should be pre-flushed or pre-scraped, and when necessary, presoaked to remove food particles. If a chemical detergent is used for cleaning, the surface must be rinsed prior to sanitizing. Prepare the solution by mixing this product at a rate of 1.6 fl. oz. to 1 gallon of water (or 8 ounces per 5 gallons of water). Flood the affected surface with the solution, making sure to wet all surfaces completely for at least 60 seconds. Allow it to air dry and continue with equipment processing. Be sure to prepare a new solution for each use.
