    This Non-Stick Tart Pan is perfect! It releases my tarts so nicely. I'm so happy that I bought two of these pans. My Fig Tarts can be a little sticky but they don't stick to these pans.

    I love making tarts and quiches with this mold. Its non-stick surface helps with removing the tart with ease. I recently made a chocolate tart using this mold and it worked like a charm.

    Love this quiche pan. We use it for all kinds of tarts and quiches. It can take the abuse of a commercial kitchen well. We won't be without it.
