This EPA Safer Choice certified solution is non-flammable for the best in safety and peace of mind.
The product's easy application helps ensure effective cleaning by even the most inexperienced workers. For the best results, pre-heat the griddle to 300-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, simply pour Griddle Kleen over your grill plate, immediately spreading and scrubbing the liquid across the griddle's top. Scrape any remnants into the unit's grease trap, turn off the griddle, rinse, wipe the surface with a damp cloth, and you're ready to cook! It is also recommended that you apply a thin coating of liquid shortening to help prevent rusting.
