It features a 30" flexible gooseneck and a scratch-resistant hood that houses a 250 watt infrared bulb to keep your food looking great at food-safe temperatures. The durable, high density polyethylene carving board detaches easily for convenient, thorough cleanup. This unit is NSF Listed and requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
