This is a great replacement blade for the most amazing food chopper on the planet-the Nemco N55500. these choppers are well built and a huge time saver.

I have had to replace this part of our fry cutter because it gets so much use. Our homemade fries are an essential part of our menu. This is by far the best price compared to our local smallwares store. And shipping is fast and easy so that is not a problem with webstaurantstore.

we ordered this size fry cutter by mistake, when we received it it was smaller than what we were using, decided to try it and the smaller fries cook faster and are much better than before, great cutter.

Nemco blades are the best. Sharp as razors, stainless and tough. This blade handles sweet patatoes without buckling. I highly recommend cutting the potato in half because it requires less strength.
