MirOil BD707 75 lb Fryer Oil Electric Filter Machine and Discard Trolley Product details

This MirOil BD707 fryer oil filter machine is electric and designed for use with fryers with up to 75 lb capacities. This oil filter machine is designed for use for fryers with drain valves, because it is a one-way pumping machine. Fryers drain into the filter machine and then the oil is the put back in the fryer with the electric pump. The unit does have wheels and heavy duty casters, so it can easily be transported from fryer to fryer or out of the way. Although, this unit can be used as a discard trolley, it is not meant to go long distances on uneven surfaces. This unit is not as safe to transport hot oil as item# 581MOD1050, which is also an electric unit but has a safety splash lid. This MirOil BD707 fryer oil filter machine does have a rugged, coated steel oil drum that has a detachable lid with quick locking clips.

This oil filter machine takes the RC88PS filter bag found under item# 581RC88PS, sold separately. It is an EZ Flow filter, so it can filter safely at bath water temperatures (10 degrees Fahrenheit above room temperature), but is able to filter at frying temperatures. It is great for heavy crumb loads. The filter bag needs a holder/frame to rest on. The unit comes with a frame, so there is no need to purchase one. Simply lay the frame across the oil drum, and then slip in the filter. It's extremely easy and will make a big difference in the product you produce for your customers. (1) When your delivery arrives, how are you going to remove it from the delivery truck? Please keep in mind that the truck driver does not have to help you. Since you are reading this, it is likely that you are ordering an item that is heavy or bulky. If this is the case, we highly recommend that you select the lift gate delivery option when you place your order. This will ensure that the truck that makes your delivery is equipped with a lift gate which can safely lower heavy freight from the truck down to ground level. If you have a delivery dock or a forklift it is likely that you do not need a lift gate delivery. Not sure if you need a lift gate? Please contact us before you place your order, and we will be glad to make a recommendation.

(2) Have a plan in place for getting equipment into your building and set in place. This is completely your responsibility. The truck driver definitely will not help with this! Check the spec sheet before placing your order, to ensure that it will physically fit through your doorways, under ceilings, etc.

(3) When your delivery arrives you will be asked to sign the bill of lading. By signing the bill of lading, you are saying that you have received the product, and it is in good condition. So it is very important that you inspect your merchandise before you sign for it! If there is any damage to the product or the packaging, you must write “Product Damaged” clearly on the bill of lading before signing it! Following these instructions will make it possible for us to help you resolve the problem.

(4) We ship via a variety of freight carriers. We want you to be prepared to receive your delivery when it arrives, so we won’t “keep you in the dark!” We will email the freight carrier name and tracking number to you on the business day after your product ships.
