The chemicals used to clean your direct draw beer systems may be harmful to your customers, so ensure that your lines are properly rinsed by using this Micro Matic PH-METER 0-14 pH hand held electronic pH meter to test the rinse water when you are finished cleaning. When testing your rinse water, if the pH is outside the normal 7-8 pH (or neutral) range this is an indication that some chemicals may remain in the lines and you should rinse your beer dispensing system one more time before tapping another keg. Small and easy to carry in your pocket, this pH meter is a great tool to ensure that you are serving a safe, perfectly poured brew.

This pH meter comes equipped with a protective cap that also doubles as a testing cup. By filling the cap with the water to be tested, you can be sure of a perfectly sized sample. With automatic temperature compensations from 0-50 degrees Celsius, you can also ensure an accurate test no matter the temperature of your rinse water. This tester is accurate to +/- 0.1 pH and is able to test for the full scale of 0-14 pH. It runs on a 1.4V coin cell battery which is included so that you can start testing as soon as your new pH meter arrives.
