Use this Micro Matic Barriermaster Flavourlock trunk housing with 20 product lines and 4 glycol lines for your beverage cooling needs. Designed with versatility in mind, this tubing unit can be used to carry nearly any beverage while keeping them at a consistent temperature. This unit has a black tape jacket that resists tears and punctures, making it perfect for long-term use. The jacket has 3/4" closed cell insulation that meets industry standards. With the help of its gas barrier layer, this tubing unit inhibits gas permeation to ensure and protect the quality, flavor, and aroma of your beverages. Protect your beverages against migration of flavors with this unit.

The excellent engineering of this unit helps prevent the loss of carbon dioxide from beer or wine, while also stopping oxygen from coming into contact with the beverage tube to avoid throwing off the taste or encouraging bacteria growth. Tests performed by independent entities and results of in-field performance show that the Barriermaster Flavourlock functions better than competitors' trunk line systems. The inner layer of this tubing unit is constructed out of nylon because of its smooth surface. This unit includes 20 color-coded product lines, 2 red glycol return lines, and 2 blue glycol outgoing supply lines. The product and glycol lines are covered in a food-quality moisture barrier wrap to protect against condensation, and it also has an additional foil wrap that transfers cold from the glycol lines to the product lines. For safety measures, this unit has a class 1 fire rating and is NSF/ANSI 51 certified. The maximum footage per roll is 328'.
