This material is not only reliable, but allows the flambadou to be lightweight and versatile. The cone needs to be heated over an open flame until piping hot. It can effectively withstand heat, allowing the rendered fat to be melted to perfection.

The 4 3/4" diameter of this flambadou allows it to hold an ideal quantity of rendered fat. The fat is added to the cone once it has been sufficiently heated by the flames. The fat then catches fire and drips out of the small opening at the bottom of the cone. This allows fat drippings to fall over your signature dishes. This is great for basting or searing dishes to add a touch of personality and flavor. The 23 5/8" length handle allows hands to be kept safe while this unit is used over scorching dishes. This stainless steel flambadou is ideal for use in restaurants and commercial kitchens.
