Capable of multiple work surface heights, this work station comes in handy for a handful of different tasks, such as cutting vegetables, peeling fruit, or chopping onions. Plus, after you finish prepping the ingredients you can easily wheel them from one end of the kitchen to the other, making this perfect for your fast-paced kitchen.

The station itself is easy to assemble using the Metro stationary Super Erecta SiteSelect 27" chrome posts. This kit has one 18 gauge flat galvanized solid shelf that offers rugged reliability and one Super Erecta brite wire shelf, which offers better air flow for storage. The Super Erecta Brite finish also has the look of chrome but an added lacquer coat for extra protection, so it's built to withstand heavy use. On top, the multi-rail set can be installed to slightly elevate your work surface. You can rest one of the assorted color cutting boards on top to easily cut and slide product directly into your 1/3 or 1/6 size hotel pan, which can be mounted below with the magic ring. Each cutting board is made from high-density polyethylene that won't absorb juice, bacteria, or odors, making them great for all types of prep work. Plus, the different colors can be incorporated into your HACCP food prep system to prevent any cross contamination and keep customers safe.

Built with your convenience in mind, this kit allows you to mount a stainless steel encased magnetic knife holder, which is safer than traditional magnetic knife strips. The holder has an internal compartment that extends outward beyond the magnet strip and secures knife blades behind its rigid stainless steel surface. This keeps your knives clean and maintains their quality, all while keeping them within easy reach. On the other side, the cutting board holder provides a place to store your boards as well when they're not in use. Between the shelves underneath, the Metro pan holder can also be added so you can slide and store pans, letting no space go to waste.

This kit includes a variety of containers helpful for different food prep tasks. It comes with (2) full size stainless steel steam table pans, one 2 1/2" and the other 4" deep. It also comes with (2) full size clear polycarbonate food pans, one 4" and the other 6" deep, along with (2) 1/6 size clear polycarbonate food pans that are also 4" deep. Additionally, the (4) 5" locking casters can be installed on the bottom of the posts to make the station easy to move and set up anywhere to match your workflow. With this cart, you can increase productivity while using a small footprint of your space!
