Best of all, after you finish your prep work, this station can easily be wheeled over to the other end of your kitchen where the product is needed next, making it the perfect accessory for your fast-paced kitchen.

The station is easy to assemble using the Metro stationary Super Erecta SiteSelect 27" metroseal 3 posts and shelves. Each of the 2 shelves has the metroseal 3 finish which offers antimicrobial protection to protect them from bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungi that causes odors, stains, and degradation. Plus, their open wire design allows for optimal air circulation through the shelving. On top, the multi-rail slightly elevates your work surface while the magic ring can be attached under to hold 1/3 or 1/6 size hotel pans slightly below. Simply rest one of the assorted color cutting boards on top and you can easily prep product and slide it into the pan below. Each cutting board is made from high-density polyethylene that won't absorb juice, bacteria, or odors making it perfect for different tasks. When they're not in use, mount the cutting board older on the other side to store your cutting boards nearby for the next time you need them.

This kit also includes a variety of containers helpful for food prep. It comes with a 1 1/4", 4", and 6" deep full size stainless steel steam table / hotel pan. Or for other tasks, it comes with (1) 1/3 size clear polycarbonate food pan that's 4" deep. The clear construction makes it easy to identify product with a quick glance. Between the shelves, the Metro pan holder can be installed as well so you can slide your food pans in and maximize every inch of space on your shelves. Additionally, the (4) 5" locking casters can be installed on the bottom of the posts to make the station easy to move and set up anywhere to match your workflow. With this cart, you can increase productivity while using a small footprint of your space!
