The Metro C569-SFS-UPFS C5 6 series full height reach-in pass-thru heated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. Its universal wire pan slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments for optimum storage flexibility and allow this holding cabinet to hold up to (18) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans.
The unit's full height provides you with maximum holding area, while the pass-through design allows it to be conveniently placed between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access! User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage and simplifying cleaning of the Metro C569-SFS-UPFS. These controls display the temperature via an "always-on" analog thermometer for continuous monitoring of the cabinet temperature, even when it's turned off or unplugged.
This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70 to 200 degrees fahrenheit so food never has a chance to cool off. The full perimeter, 1" thick, high-density fiberglass insulation ensures no heat is lost or wasted. To help keep food moist and delicious, this holding cabinet features a water pan that adds humidity to the cabinet.
For excellent maneuverability, it comes with four 5" donut neoprene casters that provide improved floor protection and quiet operation. Each holding cabinet is made from durable Type 304 stainless steel, with a 20 gauge polished exterior and a 22 gauge interior. It comes with a 7 1/2' cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug.
