Thanks to its individual analog controls, coupled with a passive humidity generation system, this Metro C539-HFS-L C5 3 Series heated holding cabinet allows you to easily adjust temperature levels, to create the perfect environment for holding any type of food at your desired temperature. The Metro C539-HFS-L holding cabinet features fixed, lip load wire slides set on 1 1/2" increments, to hold up to 35 full size sheet pans.

Patented Insulation Armour technology increases the Metro C539-HFS-L C5 3 Series heated holding cabinet's overall energy efficiency, and protects your employees from hot surfaces. The Metro C539-HFS-L heated holding cabinet's fully insulated aluminum door provides added protection against heat lose. It is UL and NSF Listed, and requires a 120V electrical connection.
