This InterMetro C539-HFC-4 full-size insulated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. You'll save energy thanks to its patent-pending insulation technology. It keeps the heat in, and provides a cool- touch exterior.

The holding module, suitable for heated holding applications, features analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation.

Because the C539- HFC-4 prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety.

The C539-HFC-4 features a clear polycarbonate door, so you can see what's inside without opening it, reducing heat loss.

The C539- HFC-4 has fixed wire slides spaced in 3" increments, and can hold 18" x 26" sheet pans, and 12" x 20" steam table pans.
