This Metro 6511DR draining grate keeps food from sticking to the bottom of your steam table pan. The pan is raised 1/2" to keep food from sitting in liquid or juices while cooking. It is also ideal for cooling boiled or fried foods.

This Metro footed draining grate is sized to fit within a standard size steam table pan. Measures 8 1/4" x 10 1/2".
