Use the MerryChef PSA2191 lower impingement plate as a direct replacement for the one that came with your MerryChef e4s series high speed oven. This plate fits in the bottom of your oven and directs hot air by forcing it through tiny holes. Replace a worn or damaged impingement plate right away so that your oven continues to cook food quickly and evenly!
