The perfect accessory for your conneX12 or eikon e2s unit, this panini press kit produces compressed foods with visually pleasing grill marks. This easy-to-use accessory includes a paddle to help slide food between the top and bottom plate, and when the paddle is removed the grill top lowers to press down on the food. While pressed down, the grill plates maximize air flow to get a consistent cook with desirable crisp texture. This kit features (1) ceramic coated top grill plate, (1) ceramic coated grill bottom plate, (1) aluminum paddle, and (2) Teflon liners.

With a high opening and a grill bottom plate, this panini press kit allows you to create custom pressed bagels, subs, paninis, and sandwiches with grill marks on both sides. To use this press kit in your Merrychef unit, simply remove the cook plate in the oven and sit the panini press onto the cavity stubs. This versatile cooking kit allows you to use your unit as normal by using Merrychef accessories to cook on top of the press when it is not in use.
