Cook, brown, warm, and more at up to 10 times the speed of a conventional oven with these Merrychef eikon e2 Twin commercial combination convection / microwave ovens! Great for toasting subs, heating paninis, warming pizza, and other foods at kiosks or quick serve establishments, each e2 Twin oven features six cooking stages and advanced technology to produce quality results at top speeds. Plus, its built-in catalytic converter allows it to be operated without the need for a venting system! Instead, removable internal and external air and grease filters help to maintain the performance and cleanliness of the unit and its surrounding area.

The eikon e2 Twin produces "planar plumes" of hot air that rise above food and collide to form sheets of air that wrap around food as it cooks for thorough, even, and fast heating. When the door is opened, an additional sheet of air forms over the cavity opening to protect the operator from burns due to escaping steam and heat. The stainless steel, 9 1/2" x 12" cavities are perfectly sized for cooking an array of foods on a wire rack, aluminum baking platform, or standard metal pan in convection / microwave mode. When finished, the stainless steel body is easily cleaned with the included ChemcoDB-C Dirt Buster III oven cleaner and ChemcoOS-C oven shield!

Designed with user convenience in mind, the eikon e2 Twin features Easy ToUCH control panels, icon-based color touch screens that can store up to 1,024 multi-step recipe programs and user instructions. Recipe programs may easily be updated with the Merrychef MenuConnect program and uploaded directly using the included Merrychef USB MenuKey. See Companion Items for compatible accessories. This unit includes:

Each Merrychef eikon e2 Twin oven sits on four, 4" legs and is UL Listed. The two ovens require a 208/240V electrical connection and operate on a shared 30 amp plug; they are not to be stacked. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details and installation requirements.
